Dr. Vo was quick, efficient and straightforward. Avery, who I spent the most time with, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. She didn’t automatically steer me toward the most expensive pair of glasses or feed me any BS like so many people in customer service do. Her calm demeanor made the entire selection process easy, and her passion for optometry was obvious. I’ve been in sales and client relations for most of my professional career, and I can hands down say this was one of the most enjoyable, non-pressured customer service experiences I’ve ever had! People should take note from Avery. Thanks so much to the entire team!

Worked with Mary today and she was thorough, patient, hard-working, and very direct and helpful with feedback while I looked at multiple frames for sunglasses and regular glasses. She has a great personality is kind and genuinely cares that her clients choose frames that look really good with their facial structure. I had a wonderful experience at EyeCare Specialties of Colorado. I was helped by Mary, Blue and Evelin. I had been strugging with having time to buy a pair of reading glasses. I came in to have my glasses adjusted and mentioned this to Mary. She set up an appointment for me while I was there to have measurements taken for my reading glasses along with Blue's help. Mary also guided me in picking out a nice frame. I ordered my new reading glasses in 1 hour! I also got my glasses adjused with Evelyn's help. All in all a very efficient appointment and I very much appreciated it!
