She didn’t automatically steer me toward the most expensive pair of glasses or feed me any BS like so many people in customer service do. Her calm demeanor made the entire selection process easy, and her passion for optometry was obvious. I’ve been in sales and client relations for most of my professional career, and I can hands down say this was one of the most enjoyable, non-pressured customer service experiences I’ve ever had!
